L(P)LGZ Vertical Bag Pulling Bottom Discharge Centrifuge

L(P)LGZ series vertical bag pulling bottom discharge centrifuge is a patented product developed. It is a kind of filter centrifuge with intermittent feeding and discharging. After each discharging, automatic bag pulling device will remove the residual filter cake on the filter cloth thoroughly, with good filtration effect and effectively avoid the influence of residual cake layer on the water dewatering of the material and realize remote unmanned operation.
 

This kind of centrifuge adopts platform structure with four damp shock isolator at the bottom. Machine cover adopts hydraulic driven opening and with feed pipe, wash pipe, sight glass, viewing lamp, scraper device, man hole etc on top of it. Besides, this centrifuge is equipped with bag shaking function which means after scraper scraping the product, the filter bag can be shaked to produce oscillation to remove the residual filter cake. Feeding with inclined round shape distributor is optional for more even suspension distribution during feeding and distributing space is adjustable. Feeding control adopts both mechanical product level detector and time control. Meanwhile, CIP system is also optional.

Working principle

The motor drives the drum to rotate. Under the control of the program, when the feed speed is reached, the material to be separated enters the high-speed rotating drum through the feed pipe, stops feeding when the feed reaches the preset volume, and rises to the high-speed separation. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material is filtered through the filter cloth (filter screen), and the liquid phase passes through the filter cake layer and discharged from the outlet pipe through the drum hole. The solid phase is left in the drum to form a cylindrical cake, and then the cake can be washed. After the separation requirements are met, the speed is reduced to the discharging speed, and the scraper device operates to scrape the cake from the inner wall of the drum and then discharge through the discharge port at the lower part of the centrifuge.Centrifuge speed down again, pull bag drive cylinder action, produce oscillation effect, residual material layer is shaken off, the residual material layer is completely removed.

Main features

1.Fully sealed structure, reliable sealing, nitrogen can be fed into centrifuge chamber, bearing seat, scraper chamber, distributor chamber for protection, fully meet the sealing and explosion-proof requirement.
2.Double modified PTFE lip seal and gas seal ensure the reliability of the main shaft seal.
3.Quick-opening large clam shell structure, optional inclined bucket type product distribution device, more uniform product distribution.
4.Adopt frequency conversion start, PLC program control, dynamic braking or feedback braking.
5.Multiple security protection to ensure the stable and safe operation of the centrifuge, can achieve unattended.
6.Optional DCS communication interface can achieve remote operation.
7.The CIP system is optional, which can realize all-round cleaning in the machine and avoid cross contamination.
8.The remote diagnostic instrument port is reserved.
9.The pulling bag structure can completely remove the residual filter cake on the filter bag, so that the filter cloth regeneration.

Applications:

Apply to separate the suspended liquid , the solid can be powder, granular, crystal and fibrous. and the diameter of the solid larger than 0.01 mm. it also applies to dewater the work pieces like yarn, textiles and so on.
