Adopting advanced disc centrifuge technology maximizes separation efficiency. Ideal algae processing efficiency can be achieved, with reduced energy consumption compared to traditional harvesting methods.

 

Different stack designs, arrangements and shapes are used for different processes depending on the type of feed present. The concentrated denser solid or liquid is then removed continuously, manually or intermittently, depending on the design of the conical plate centrifuge.


This disc centrifuge is professionally designed for recovering micro algae with lowest wall-broken ratio, it enhance the bowl material which is suitable for sea-water algae as well.
