Fresh Milk Spray Dryer/Milk Powder Spray Dryer

Spray drying is the most widely used process in the liquid process forming and drying industry. The air is heated by a heater and enters the air distributor on the top of the dryer. The hot air enters the drying chamber evenly in a spiral shape. The feed liquid passes through the high-speed centrifugal atomizer on the top of the tower, (rotating) sprays into very fine mist droplets, and contacts with hot air in parallel to dry into products in a very short time. The finished product is continuously output from the bottom of the tower and the cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is evacuated by the fan.
Generally, output particle size of the centrifugal spray dryer is 120-140 meshes. The cyclone separator can recover 85% of the dry material through the horizontal cyclone separator. The recovery rate can reach 93%-96% through the secondary cyclone separator. It is best to use the secondary cyclone separator. Cyclone separator, the dry powder rate of the tower reaches 93%, and at the same time with the wet dust collector, the material yield reaches the highest. The protection of actual raw materials is the most important. Heat-sensitive materials are prone to deterioration and deterioration at high temperatures. Therefore, in the spray drying process, it is important to dry at an appropriate temperature to achieve the same conditions, high yield, and good product quality. Details

After fresh air is filtered and heated, it enters into the air distributor which on the top of the drier. The hot air in spiral form equably enters into the drying room.When liquid raw material are passed through the high-speed centrifugal sprayer on the top of the tower, it will be rotated and sprayed into the extreme slim mist liquid beads. Raw material can be dried to the final products instantly while it contact with the heated air.Finished products are discharged continuously from bottom of the drying tower and cyclones segregator. Wasted air is discharged from blower.

1. High speed of drying. After the spraying of he material liquid, the surface area of the material will be increased greatly. In the hot-air flow, 95%-98% of water can be evaporated at a moment. The time of completing the drying needs only several seconds.
2. It is especially suitable for drying the heat sensitive materials. Its final products own the good uniformity, mobility, dissolving capacity. And the final products are high in purity and good in quality.
3. The production procedure is simple and the operational control is easy. The liquid with the moisture contents 40-60% (for special materials, the contents may reach 90%) can be dried into power or particle products once a time. After the drying, there is no need for smashing of sorting, so as to reduce the operation procedures in the production and enhance the purity. The product particle diameters, looseness and water contents can be adjusted through changing the operation condition in a certain scope. It is very convenient to carry out the control and management.
