Product Description
Main Purposes of blood separator
The blood separator stands as a remarkable example of advanced tubular separation technology. This cutting-edge machine is the result of meticulous improvements and extensive experimentation, deriving from the original separator. It is expertly designed to be highly versatile, enabling effective separation of blood plasma from cells in various animals, such as pigs, cows, sheep, and chickens.
Main Features of blood separator
This blood separator is distinguished by its exceptional efficiency and ability to minimize the breakage of blood cells to an absolute minimum. Every contact point between the separator and the materials is crafted from durable stainless steel, ensuring compliance with the stringent GMP standards required in the pharmaceutical industry.
Structure and Principle
This high-speed separator boasts superior separation capabilities. It comprises a solid main body, a precision-driven device, a sophisticated bowl collecting pan, and liquid-in bearing seats. The innovative design features a flexible main shaft at the upper end and a damp floating system at the lower end. A coupling seat with a buffer connects the main shaft to a driven wheel, which receives power from a motor via a transmission belt and tensioner. This setup enables the bowl to spin at incredible speeds, generating a powerful centrifugal force field that efficiently separates materials based on density, as they ascend along the bowl's inner wall.
The GFXY model excels in separating liquid phases by density. It expertly orchestrates the formation of an outer ring for denser liquid and an inner ring for less dense liquid, facilitating their ascent to the bowl's top for discharge through their designated outlets.
Micro solids settle gracefully on the bowl's wall and require manual removal once the machine is safely powered down.
GFXY: This versatile equipment specializes in the separation of various emulsions, offering unmatched adaptability for liquid-liquid separations with minimal gravity differences and liquid-liquid-solid separations containing slight impurities. It's perfect for oil separation, plant extract liquids, and efficient separation of plasma and cells.

Working principle
The tubular centrifuge showcases a meticulously engineered assembly, including sliding bearings, a dynamic drum, a liquid collecting plate, a robust machine head, and a sturdy body. Power from the motor is skillfully channeled through a belt and pressure pulley system, reaching the drum's main shaft to induce high-speed rotation. This generates an imposing centrifugal force field inside the drum. Material enters through the base, with the centrifugal force compelling it into stratified layers. Light liquids concentrate centrally, flowing upwards for recovery via the liquid collecting tray, while heavier solids are hurled to the drum wall for manual discharge post-operation.
