IH type pump is a series of products jointly designed by national pump industry adopting ISO international standard, which mainly consists of pump body, impeller, sealing ring, impeller nut, pump cover, sealing parts, intermediate bracket, shaft, suspension parts and so on.
1.The structure of IH type chemical pump is that the pump cover is fixed on the intermediate bracket through the stop, and then the pump cover is clamped in the middle through the coupling of the pump body and the intermediate bracket stop. The pump body is axial suction, radial discharge, foot-supported, can be directly fixed on the base. The suspension parts are fixed on the intermediate bracket through the stops and supported on the base with the suspension bracket. In order to disassemble conveniently, the extended coupling is designed so that the inlet and outlet connecting pipelines, pump body and motor can be disassembled without disassembling during maintenance. Only need to remove the middle coupling of the extended coupling, you can exit the rotor parts for maintenance. This is a common international structural form.
2, the pump's rotating direction: the pump is directly driven by the motor through the extended coupling, and it rotates in clockwise direction from the motor end.

4,Materials of pump: The overflow parts of pump are made of stainless steel. Users can according to the conveyed medium on the pump corrosion, the selection of appropriate pump overflow parts (i.e., pump body, sealing ring, impeller nut, pump cover, impeller and sealing parts) materials shown.
There are 29 basic types of IH type series pumps, among which 22 double-speed (2900, 1450r/min) are up to 112 specifications after the impeller diameter cutting variants of A and B types. It mainly consists of pump body, leaf transmission line, sealing ring, impeller nut, pump cover, sealing parts, intermediate bracket, shaft, suspension parts and so on. It is directly driven by the electric motor through the extended coupling and rotates in clockwise direction when viewed from the motor end. Only the middle coupling of the coupling can be removed, and the rotor parts can be withdrawn for overhauling.
