The double planetary vacuum mixer is a new type of mixing equipment with high performance, high efficiency, easy cleaning and maintenance. It is mainly composed of a reduction motor, planetary frame, agitator, disperser, scraper, barrel, lifting system, hydraulic extrusion system and frame. The double set of agitators of the equipment rotates and revolves around the axis at the same time during operation. The agitator type is selected according to the viscosity of the material and the process characteristics, and has good mixing, reaction, kneading and dissolving effects; the high-speed disperser is composed of multiple layers of serrated dispersion discs with extremely high linear speed. It also revolves around the axis while rotating at high speed, and can quickly disperse the powder (additive) into the slurry, with a strong dispersing effect. The equipment is equipped with a set of independent scrapers to continuously scrape the barrel wall. At the same time, the stirring blades can be added with scrapers to scrape the bottom of the barrel to avoid dead corners in stirring and ensure the stability of the product. The double planetary vacuum mixer adopts planetary gear transmission, which has a large output torque and is suitable for difficult working conditions such as dry high temperature, high solid, and high viscosity. The equipment adopts a closed design and can be used in conjunction with a vacuum system to achieve vacuum stirring. The mixing barrel can also be designed with jacket heating and cooperate with a mold temperature controller to achieve constant temperature stirring function. It is a dispersion and stirring equipment for high-viscosity materials on the market.

When the planetary frame rotates, it drives the two stirring frames and the dispersion shaft in the box to revolve around the axis of the reactor and rotate at high speed, so that the materials are subjected to strong shearing and fracturing, achieving the purpose of full dispersion and mixing; there is a scraper on the planetary frame that rotates with the planetary frame, close to the barrel wall and continuously scrapes it, so that there is no retained material on the barrel wall, improving the mixing effect. The length of the stirring time is controlled by the user according to the different properties of the material and can be adjusted through the control panel. The cover and planetary stirrer are hydraulically raised and lowered, and the operation is smooth, fast and light.
This device can work under vacuum and can continuously discharge water and other volatiles. Therefore, it can be used as a degassing kettle. The reactor can be heated or cooled by oil or water circulation as needed; steam heating can also be used.
