YPL Pressure spray drying granulator
With the high-pressure pump's pressure, YPG series spray drier adopts pressure sprayer to atomize the solution, suspension, emulsion and cream paste material into fine droplets and then exchange the heat with high-temperature air rapidly. So that it can dry material into fine granular continuously in the extreme period of time. Type selection notes:
1. Name and state of materials.
2. Production, liquid materials handling capacity, water content or soild content.
3. Original liquid material temperature, specific gravity, viscosity, surface tension.
4. Air-inlet temperature, product heat-resistant temperature.
5. Product water content, particle size.
6. Heat method, contact way of hot-air and materials (downstream and upstream).
7. Dust remover.
8. Other auxiliary equipments.
