Product Description

 

1. The filling machine is fully automatic capsule filling and closing machine, suitable for dosing powder/granules in hard gelatin capsules.

2. It adopts intermittent motion and multi-position tamped dosing method to complete capsule orientation, separation, filling, closing and ejection etc. With different size parts the machine is suitable for size 00 to size 5 of empty capsules.

3. The production speed can be controlled by means of a frequency converter.

4. The machine is designed in accordance with GMP standard. All parts in contact with product are made of stainless steel. Advantage of the machine is advanced designing, novel structure, precise dosing, safe and reliable, high filling rate etc.
