LWZ application:
It is widely used in solid-liquid separation, dehydration,clarification and classification of suspension in chemical industry, light industry, environmental protection, pharmaceutical, food, oil mining and other industries.
LWZ Characteristic
1. Wide scope of application: For suspensions with solid mass content≤ 50%, liquid-solid volume concentration ≤ 75%, liquid-solid weight difference ≥0.05g/cm3, the equivalent diameter of solid particles ≥ 5μm can generally be separated, dehydrated, clarified and classified. When the difference between solid phase and liquid phase is large, the equivalent diameter of solid particles (≥2μm) can also be separated.
2.High degree of automation: the machine is continuous feeding, continuous discharging. Under the action of centrifugal force, solid particles are continuously pushed to the small end of the drum by helix, and the clarified liquid is continuously discharged from the large end overflow port along the spiral groove, thus realizing continuous automatic operation.
3.The machine has compact structure, small floor area and convenient installation and maintenance.
4.Convenient adjustment: The machine is equipped with advanced frequency converter. As a result, when compared with similar products, the machine has the advantages of low energy consumption and stepless adjustable working speed. The diameter of overflow plate and differential speed can be adjusted according to material properties.

4. Our mud dewatering equipment comes with three options including cycloidal gear, planetary gear and hydraulic differential, resulting in large rang of differential adjustment. Therefore, this industrial centrifuge can be applible to diverse solids.
5. Multipe protections are available on our horizontal decanter centrifuge to ensure operation safety, including over-vibratation protection, bearing temperature detection, screw conveyor torque protection rotating and differential speed detection, as well as nitrogen-filled explosion-proof protection, motr overload and over heat protection.
6. JG type rubber shock absorber requires no anchor bolts.
