Working Principle
The small edible oil refiner uses the principle of different density and incompatible light, heavy liquid and solid phasesin the mixed liquid, and different settling speeds in gravity to achieve the purpose of separating and stratifying or allowingsolid particles in the liquid to settle ; After separation, after ore fine filtration, adsorption, decolorization, etc., the oil becomes clear and fragrant.
Crude oil - degumming (washing) - deacidification (alkali refining) - decolorization (white clay adsorption) - dehydration (heat drying) - refined oil
Product application
The oil refinery is mainly used in the oil refining process of large oil plants, with high refining rate and continuous process, and can refine different grades of oils and fats.
