Plastic Bottle Cap Handheld Aluminium Foil Induction Heat Sealer

The induction sealing machine enables to seal non-metallic bottles with aluminium foil under the electromagnetic induction device. It works by applying instant high heat to the foil that needs to be melted in order to seal the bottle. It seals in a matter of seconds and preserves and protects whatever is stored inside. The induction sealing machine can improve the product's shelf period, enhance fake-proof performance. It is fit for small and discontinuous sealing work. The sealing diameter range is from 20MM to 130MM. Sealing power is 500W.

The sealing machine is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, beverage, cosmetics and other industries. Suitable for sealing of glass bottles and non-metallic bottles(PP, PET, PVC, PE, PS and other plastic bottles).

Electromagnetic Induction

Adopt the electromagnetic induction principle. The pure copper induction coil makes the machine rum more efficiently and consume loss energy. And the thickening head lets the machine more sensitive and reliable.
 

   

Multifunctional Touch Screen

The power can be adjusted by increasing power or decreasing power. Automatically counts and controls the number of seals. The seal time adjustment has two buttons. The left: single number(0-5), the right: decile(0-9),time adjustment range: 0.1 s-5.9 s.

On the top of the induction thickening head, a new and red inductive handle switch is selected for the equipment, which is sensitive to use and easy to replace and repair. Start the machine with one button, efficient and convenient.
