Operation process of milking machine:
(1) Before milking, clean and disinfect the milking machine carefully to ensure that the milk can meet the health and quality requirements. At the same time, should observe and touch the appearance of the breast whether there is swelling, heat pain and trauma, and then squeeze the first milk in each milk area into a cup with a net. In the child, check whether there are clots, flocculent and water samples in the milk, so that clinical mastitis can be found in time, to prevent mastitis milk mixed with normal milk.
(2)The nipple rubber of the milking machine should have enough elasticity and suitable size to adapt to the use of different sizes of milk nipples.
(3) Milking workers must be relatively stable, at the same time the attitude of the cow to moderate, absolutely can not hit the cow, so as not to develop the evil habit of the cow. (4)The milking machine should not have any harmful stimulation, so as not to affect the health of the milk cow's breasts and normal milk discharge.

 

Notes for milking machine:
1. For cows with too small nipples at the beginning of the fetus, necessary conditioning and training should be carried out
patiently during milking.
2. When thawing in winter and spring, if there is nipple cracking, every time after milking can be coated with boric acid
ointment, prevent the use of vaseline daub nipple.
3. Milk from cows with the following conditions should be handled separately and should not be used for drinking. The third is the fetal milk before delivery and delivery of colostrum. It is milk with mastitis (high bacteria and body cell content, smell); Two is the ketone disease of milk (abnormal taste); 5.
